Special thanks to the Wyomissing Optometric Center team for a great employee meeting 2016! We were honored to experience keynote speaker, Tom Sullivan. Tom was born prematurely in 1947, early incubator technology saved his life, but it cost him his eyesight.  (Learn more about Tom’s story here). You may know Tom Sullivan from Little House On The Prairie, or Highway To Heaven, Good Morning America, or perhaps you recall one of his 60 appearances on The Tonight Show.

Tom taught us about several things:
PRIDE – Personal – Responsibility for Individual – Daily – Effort.
Miracles happen when ordinary people do extraordinary things!
There is no fence too high to climb!
Be purposeful! Be passionate!
Preserve vision and eliminate blindness.
