Dr. Corbin First To Offer New Macular Degeneration Testing

About 18 months ago, Corbin became the first optometrist in the U.S. to offer a new medical test from a Dauphin County-based startup that helps diagnose the eye disease in its earliest stages.The instrument, called AdaptDX from the startup MacuLogix, has big implications for eye doctors, because it can help them identify the disease earlier and craft a treatment plan for patients much earlier in the game, he said.
