Perry C. Umlauf, O.D.

Dr. Umlauf earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, graduating with honors. He completed a hospital based primary care optometry residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lebanon, PA. Dr. Umlauf was recognized by his peers for his accomplishments and contributions to the visual welfare of the public by being selected as the Central Pennsylvania Optometric Society “Optometrist of the Year” in 1997 and 2008. In 2009, he was awarded the prestigious Pennsylvania Optometric Association “Optometrist of the Year” award. Dr. Umlauf practices primary eye care with emphasis on glaucoma, dry eye, contact lenses, keratoconus and other corneal diseases requiring specialty contact lens rehabilitation.
